Introduction
Trinity Anglican Church is a 23 year old, growing congregation in the Upper Westside of Atlanta. We exist to be a joyful community of disciples who together: experience the love of God and life in the Holy Spirit, invite people into friendship with Jesus, embody practices and postures that lead to the restoration of our whole person, make space for meaningful and reconciled relationships, and participate in God’s kingdom work by using our gifts locally and throughout the world. We describe ourselves as being a "three stream" church: Evangelical, Liturgical, and Charismatic.

Program overview
Our residency program has a pastoral residency director who will be devoted to mentoring and equipping you, and also a team of pastors who each see part of their role as pouring into you as well. As a member of our pastoral team you will be engaged in and leading in various ministries of the church while growing key core competencies to prepare you to plant a congregation or begin serving another capacity in the Summer/Fall of 2028. You will also join key members of our pastoral team for Ministry rounds where you will gain a deep understanding of the philosophy and practices of each ministry area.
