Our pastoral residency program is designed to train ethnic minority men as future pastors for a lifetime of healthy, cross-cultural ministry. Residents spend half of their time in practical, hands-on ministry experience and the other half on formal theological training in a seminary Master's degree. Seminary tuition is fully covered through local partnerships and scholarships. After the residency, we help residents transition into their next steps of pursuing ordination and their calling as senior or assistant pastors, students pastors, missionaries, church planters, or however else God leads their path.
