Program overview
Sanctuary Columbus Church is delighted to launch a residency program where future pastors will learn from our experienced Pastoral Leadership team and generous congregation. The resident will serve in a leadership position in our beloved community, learning to integrate seminary education into real-world experience in a multicultural community. At this point, we see our resident providing leadership over our Connections Pathway from visitor to covenant partner. We also hope our resident will lead Outreach through Compassion and Justice initiatives.
