Redemption North Mountain exists to equip followers of Jesus to make all of life all for Jesus. We strive to be a simple, local, and healthy church in North Phoenix that is focused on the key things Scripture reveals to us about God. Each Sunday we gather to worship through song, we hear God's Word read and preached, and have an opportunity to respond through Communion each week.

Program overview
The Redemption North Mountain Residency is a 2-year full-time paid position for qualified men who are seeking to grow and develop in their pastoral call. Our goal is to expose, equip, and enlist the next generation of healthy pastors to lead healthy churches. Designed after a medical residence model, the Residency will provide a wide range of real ministry opportunities with intentional feedback and care. Residents at Redemption North Mountain will serve as pastors alongside other residents in a cohort model as well as the staff teams. There will also be key times with other congregations in our Redemption Network which will provide firsthand insight into differing demographics and sizes.
