Our residency is designed to give pastors who already have the theological education and have been tested in local church ministry the opportunity to prepare for church planting. This will include immersion in all aspects of the local church so that they will be prepared to plant and lead one themselves. This will involve mentoring, coaching, and networking in the church planting space. The capstone project of the residency is a church planting proposal. Our goal is to train, assess, commission, and support this resident in planting a new church.
