Introduction
Redemption Bible Church is a vertical, Christ-exalting, Gospel-centered, Bible-teaching church in New Braunfels, Texas. Our mission is to glorify God through the fulfillment of the Great Commission in the spirit of the Great Commandment.
Built on four foundational pillars-Unapologetic Preaching, Unceasing Prayer, Unafraid Witness, and Unashamed Worship—we labor to see the lost saved, the saved matured, and the matured multiplied, all to the glory of God.
We are passionate about advancing God's kingdom by planting like-minded churches throughout Texas and to the ends of the earth.

Program overview
This Church Planter/Lead Pastor Residencies will be built upon a time tested model of ecclesiology that has planted numerous churches in 25 countries. This Training Model has 4 Goals; 1) Enculturate Vertical DNA, 2) Compelling Preaching, 3) Compassionate Shepherding, and 4) Convictional Leadership.
The Residency is a two year immersion model with specific Reading, Reflection, and Responsibility.
At the end of the residency the resident will have completed five Capstone Projects, including a: 1) Personalized Launch Playbook, 2) Preaching Calendar, 3) Personal Management Plan, 4) Discipleship Pathway, and 5) Leadership Pathway
