Ponce Presbyterian Church is a PCA congregation in Midtown Atlanta. This residency will target candidates exploring church planting or church revitalization in cross-cultural contexts. This full-time role will enable a newly ordained pastor to engage in every facet of parish life: strategic planning, ministry oversight, training and equipping lay leaders, preaching and teaching, discipleship, and more. Residents will be expected to complete ordination, actively identify future long-term ministry opportunities, and receive mentored training in ministry areas essential to their future goals.
