Introduction
One Family Church is a gospel-centered, multiethnic church in Apopka, Florida, committed to glorifying God and expanding His family by making disciples. We are shaped by a strong emphasis on biblical community, prayerful dependence on the Spirit, and intentional disciple-making that reaches and engages our city with the Gospel. We see leadership development, discipleship, and church planting as core to our identity, not a side ministry. Our culture is relational, missionally focused, and deeply committed to forming healthy leaders who will be sent to serve the Church locally and globally.

Program overview
A Full-time, 2-3 year finishing school for men with a clear, affirmed calling to pastoral leadership or church planting. Residents serve as real pastors in a real church, gaining hands-on experience in preaching, shepherding, leadership development, and systems-building within the daily life of the church. What makes our program unique is our sending mindset: we only invite men we believe are ready to be trained and deployed, not retained or delayed. We know that good formation happens in real time through close mentorship, rigorous feedback, and meaningful responsibility, with the clear goal of sending out healthy leaders to plant, revitalize, or lead churches with conviction and clarity.
