Program overview
Our program will train residents to pastor Anglican parishes who have traditional worship. Since the congregation will soon outgrow its facility, the resident will work with the rector in opening a second location. He will receive training in church planting from other pastors in the Northwest. As with other Made To Flourish residencies, he will also learn the faith-work integration program.
