Deep Run Church
Introduction
We are a Gospel-centered Presbyterian church in Westminster, Maryland. We aim to present a biblically faithful and compassionate Christian witness in a place where suburbs, small-town, and rural meet - on the edge of the Baltimore/ DC region. We celebrated our Tenth Anniversary in 2025, and by God's grace continue to cultivate future generations of healthy Christian disciples, families, and leaders. Our vision is "to cultivate a community that seeks to discover the depths of Christ's love, grow in his truth, and bring hope to Carroll County MD and our world."

Program overview
Pastor Brian LoPiccolo has mentored potential leaders throughout Deep Run's ten-year history and before - as a seasoned pastor, worship musician, and church-planter. We aim to equip our residents in a threefold manner: as budding leaders who will oversee the church's Worship (for God's own heart), its Nurture (for God's own sheep), and its Witness (for a lost world). Our Residency Program highlights development in 1) Spiritual Formation, 2) Self Care, 3) Cultural and Emotional Intelligence, 4) Marriage and Family, and 5) Leadership and Management. But we'll fine-tune each residency based upon the unique gifting and story of each Resident.
