Made to Flourish is a national nonprofit launched in 2015 by pastor and author Tom Nelson, whose books on faith, work, and calling have shaped the movement. The organization empowers pastors and their churches to integrate faith, work, and economic wisdom for the flourishing of their communities. Its primary offerings include the Church Practicum, pastoral residency programs (branded as the Residency Accelerator), workshops, Common Good magazine, and Scatter — a survey and insights platform that helps church leaders understand their congregation's daily work, skills, and passions to enable more intentional discipleship.
