Throughout the month of September, Made to Flourish-Chattanooga will be focusing on the concept of redemptive work. On Thursday, September 24 we will convene via Zoom as a network to discuss where we see redemptive work taking place in our
communities as well as how ministry leaders can foster redemptive work through our parishes into the workplace.
As a placemaking advocate, Sara Joy will unpack the biblical significance of God’s gift of embodiment in physical places, serving to moor us in our relationship to God and to our neighbors while showing how our current disorientation is an opportunity to reorient churches to creatively use places to serve those in proximity to them.
The Waging Peace Women’s Conference is a catalyzer for women to step out of the fog and into the fire of God’s mission. The hope is that women who attend will walk away with a clear understanding of the incredible call on their lives, connected to a local community of passionate women, and excited to live out their faith with fire.
