Event Navigation

We invite you to join us on Thursday, September 17th for food and drink at Asterisk Denver as we interact and watch the livestream event, The Politics of Neighborly Love: Christian Citizenship in a Divided Age, put on by the Denver Institute for Faith & Work. Drinks and networking will begin at 5:30pm on the rooftop, and the livestream starts at 6:30pm in the main hall.

Would you like to join us? Please register with the link below, using the code “madetoflourish” and we will cover the suggested donation. (Food and drink at the event are also covered by Made to Flourish.)

Know of others who would like to come with you? Please invite them to register as well. This is a wonderful context for congregants, leadership teams, small groups, and friends to convene and converse regarding our political moment.

The talks and discussions are geared toward: Developing a biblical, non-partisan framework for understanding our role as Christian citizens; Balancing the personal right to “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” with a broader call to love our neighbors and serve the common good; Engaging critical issues in this fall’s election through the lens of faith.
