The transition from college to the professional workplace can be difficult to navigate. With the flip of a tassel, the clarity and community of the academic environment is suddenly replaced with a work work that can often feel ambiguous, intimidating, and lonely. In addition, young followers of Jesus quickly begin to wrestle with how their faith impacts their daily work. What redemptive role might the church play in this vital season of life?
The Fellows Initiative (TFI) was founded in 2006 as one answer to that question. Today, TFI is a network of more than 20 church-based Fellows programs aimed to equip the rising generation of Christian leaders with a holistic understanding of faith that transforms culture. A Fellows Program is an intensely practical nine to ten month spiritual and vocational leadership program that prepares recent graduates to live a seamless life of faith. Join Made to Flourish and John Kyle (Executive Director of TFI) as we introduce you to this exciting opportunity and highlight ways that your church can get involved!
