Born and raised in Venezuela, Pastor Feo is the prototype of bicultural, trilingual, and bi-vocational leadership.

As an Assemblies of God minister, he planted and pastors ARTE​ Community Church in the city of Baldwin Park, California. His church is known as “the church at the park” because it is located outdoors in Morgan Park- no walls, no roof. In 2013, he graduated from Cottonwood Leadership College. In 2017, he got his bachelor’s in Pastoral Studies at Facultad de Teologia International, and he is currently pursuing a master’s degree at Azusa Pacific University.

He served and taught in the Missionary School in Southern Pacific District (SPD); passionate for developing and teaching the Spanish pastors in their integration with the American culture. For the last 7 years, he has served as an outreach ministry in six different cities in the Los Angeles area, bringing hope, feeding and helping the communities to align with the core and heart of ARTE​: Amar, Rescatar, Transformar, Equipar. His vision is to see one life, one family, and one city saved by the power of the Holy Spirit.

He is also an owner and inspector of New Beginning Home Inspection since 2006, a company that has provided the financial support for his family and for the ministry.

He and his wife, Mylene, have two children: Andrea (24) and Sebastian (20).
